“SOUTH PARK 15TH ANNIVERSARY ART EXHIBITION CURATED BY RON ENGLISH”
This last week the South Park 15th Anniversary Art Exhibition at Opera Gallery New York, curated by Ron English, opened its doors. Ron English managed to get together quite an impressive list of artists, who have created works for this show specifically. Works by Travis Louie, Colin Christian, Sas Christian, Beau Stanton, Kid Zoom, Dave White, KaNo, Kathie Olivas, Clark Fox, Greg Craola Simkins, Mark Dean Veca, Lindsey Way, Naoto Hattori and Tristan Eaton are part of the show, of course next to English’s own work. OPERA GALLERY NEW YORK The show is open until April 10th.

Incase has unveiled its latest art collaboration with pop art legend, Andy Warhol. Although long deceased, Warhol’s work and influence can still be seen today throughout popular culture, this time around via a wide array of product in this case. Most of Incase’s collaborative ventures tend to be relatively small, but this time around, almost all of your Apple product can be carried and protected via this collection. The collection consists of 2 laptop sleeves for both the 13″ and 15″ Macbooks and a shoulder bag, both of which boast a nice weather resistant coating; an Ipad 2 book case that can also convert into a stand; and of course, Iphone 4 cases, which not only utilize the unique camo shown on the aforementioned products, but they also come with some of Warhol’s familiar prints such as the banana, dollar signs and others. A Washington state man has filed a lawsuit against the makers of Monster Energy drink after he says he found a dead mouse in a can of their product. Vitaliy Sulzhik of Federal Way, Washington says he purchased a can of “Monster” March 20, 2010 and after finishing the drink noticed something weighty at the bottom. He tells KING 5 News,“I put it down and I felt it was still heavy. So I backwashed it and all this debris went into my mouth. Then I looked in the can and I saw the tip of the tail and I vomited everywhere.”
